This course is geared to the interests of the students and designed to foster a positive attitude towards physical activity throughout one’s life. In addition to various games and dance, this course will expose students to a variety of activities such as yoga, skating, weight training, Zumba, water aerobics, rock climbing, golf, curling, gymnastics and hiking. Other topics we may explore are nutrition, and first aid. The goal of this course is to encourage students to develop a personal life long plan for a balanced healthy lifestyle including nutrition, exercise, work and rest.
