Tourism is a sustainable industry and one of the largest employment sectors in Canada.  This class will look at the sectors of Food and Beverage, Transportation, Accommodation, and Attractions.  Students will gain an understanding of the characteristics of these sectors and how they relate to business and jobs.  They will also learn about future trends and disruptors in the tourism economy.  Students will also have the opportunity to explore exciting destinations as they learn about cultures, traditions, history and geography of various places in the world.
